Pikurate Refund Policy

Pikurate Co., Ltd. (“we”, “Pikurate”) processes refund requests based on the following criteria, in consideration of the nature of our digital credit-based services.

Effective Date: April 11, 2025

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted in full or in part under the following conditions:

  1. The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and the credits have not been used at all
  2. Credits were consumed due to a system error or service failure caused by us
  3. The user was charged twice for the same transaction (duplicate payment)

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:

  1. The user has used one or more credits (partial refunds are not supported)
  2. Credits received for free or as part of events/promotions
  3. Issues arising from user error or misuse

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at team@pikurate.com to request a refund.

  1. When submitting a request, include your email, account information, payment receipt, and reason for refund.
  2. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after verification.
  3. Processing time and refund fees may vary depending on the payment method.

Notes

This policy complies with relevant laws such as the E-Commerce Act and the Content Industry Promotion Act.

The policy is subject to change without prior notice, and any updates will be notified via in-service announcements or email.
